Great place, performance gym has got everything you could need to train. Outdoor swim lake is really good. Hotel is great (yes the carpet is a bit tired but that is my only criticism!). Breakfast was very nice. Would happily recommend :)
My husband and I are members here and we decided with family to have Christmas Day lunch for a party of 10 in Grays Restaurant. We so made the right decision! Excellent service in beautiful surroundings with the most delicious (and generous) 5 courses! The staff were wonderful and even boxed up most of our cheese course for us as we were so full! The perfect, festive experience!
I had a full body massage with Espa treatment. My masseuse was Mia- she was exceptional! Very friendly, soft spoken, extremely skilled up and I can only be grateful! My body feels reset, I feel amazing! Thank you so much Mia! Definitely ask for her!!
We had a fantastic evening meal at Bicester Hotel and Golf Spa as part of a group of 15, and the experience was genuinely exceptional. We were kindly offered a private dining area, which created a relaxed, intimate atmosphere and made the evening feel really special. The service was outstanding from start to finish, and Lesley, Kira, David, and Sadie truly went above and beyond to ensure everything ran seamlessly. Nothing was too much trouble — they were attentive, warm, professional, and made us feel completely looked after throughout the evening. Their efforts turned a lovely meal into a memorable experience for our whole group. We couldn’t fault the service or the experience and would highly recommend dining here, especially for groups looking for something a bit special.
I got gifts a spa day here. Staff were all very lovely and helpful. The place was great. I had such a good, relaxing day. The spa day included a 2 course meal which was delicious. Lots of great options. I had a massage with jillian - she was just the most loveliest person and so amazing at her job. Thankyou! Definitely recommend and would love to come back one day.
We stayed overnight a Sunday-Monday Spa facilities were great and I had the best massage with Fiona, who was amazing and really attentive! The room was okay and the food mediocre at best but maybe that's just because it was a quiet Sunday? Overall would go again for the day but would probably go elsewhere overnight and for dinner/breakfast
I met up with a friend and we stayed at the Bicester Hotel Golf and Spa for the weekend. We were able to make use of the spa facilities after we got there on the Saturday afternoon and had a lovely meal on the Saturday night. On the Sunday morning we had 2 fabulous massages before heading off home. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely go there again.
I booked this hotel as an overnight stay for a birthday shopping trip and honestly it was really great value for money. The room had everything we needed. Wardrobe space, full length mirror, TV plus some water, tea, coffee and biscuits. Everything was very clean. The spa facilities were very good and much appreciated after a hard day of shopping. The hotel has a sunbed, gym, sauna, steam room, pool and jacuzzi. Towels, robes and slippers are provided for you. Sadly we didn’t get to swim in the lake but there’s always next time! The hotel has plenty of free parking available. The buffet breakfast had both full English and continental options. If you do intend to go bicester village I’d 100% recommend staying here. It’s a ten minute drive from the shops and staying overnight gives you the chance to recharge in the spa and to think about any potential purchases. Overall the hotel has some excellent facilities for the price point.
